Wedding Photography

You're engaged!  Congratulations!  These next few weeks and months will be a whirlwind of planning , preparing, and organizing food, drinks, vendors, deciding on a place for the ceremony and reception, and of course, choosing a photographer!  The photos from your wedding will be one of the few things you'll have to remember this very special day for years to come and there's a lot of different things to consider when choosing a photographer including price, experience, and photography style.  You will find our prices at the bottom of the page by clicking the "see packages" button.  The photography style MG PhotoGraffy brings is journalistic, as we don't want to get in your way or boss you around on your big day, but rather let the happiness of the day bring the best out in you!

What to Expect From Your Photographer

You can expect your photographer to arrive energetic and eager to start the day.  Our mission is to capture every detail of your wedding from start to finish.  We know that these photos will be extremely valuable to you for the rest of your life, so your photographer will remain focused the entire day to sure no detail is missed.  With that in mind, your photographer will ask you about what type of wedding photos you've seen and would like recreated for yourself.  They will also ask for a list of expected groups that need pictures taken so that they can prepare.

  1. Photographer arrives and checks in with you (or whoever is in charge of the day).  You will go over where the photographer should stand, and even take a few test shots to ensure everything is perfect.

  2. Photographer will work quickly to ensure there are beautiful shots from multiple angles throughout the ceremony.

  3. Photographer will go to designated spot for family photos and set up.  They will review list and call up each group one by one.

  4. Photographer arrives at reception.  Photos of scenery and guests are taken while awaiting bride and groom to arrive.

  5. Photos of bride and groom arrival, first dances, and cake cutting are taken, along with other photos.

  6. At the end of the day, your photographer will check out with you, ensuring there were no other photo ops missed.

  7. Your photographer will send you an invoice for the cost of the photographer and photos.

  8. Photos can be expected back within 3 weeks!
